   Hello all,

   RoboForm Portable 6.9.98 can NOT save passcard in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit - access denied.

   I took advice from RF official FAQ and here's the result.

   1. Options->User Data->Set Correct File Permissions button is greyed out. i.e. I can't click on it.

   2. go into the installation directory and uncheck Read-Only flag for every file. My Win 7 just won't do it. i.e. the Read-Only flag can't be unchecked.

   Appreciate some help!

   Hi capilano,

   I'm using win7 x64 with Roboform 6.9.98 and I am able to save passcards.

   Where are your passcards located on your computer? Mine are saved within my documents folder.

   I'm using RF Portable. The files are on my USB drive ..\My RoboForm Data\

   Do you know if anyone has problem using RF Portable in Win 7?

   Ah sorry I don't use the portable version of RF. Best create a support ticket with Roboform support and see if they can sort you out.
