In Windows 7 64-bit roboform works fine in IE8 32-bit, but the toolbar add-in will not install inthe IE8 64-bit version.

When will roboform work in the 64-bit version of IE8 under windows 7 64-bit?

    Thank you for your message.
We are sorry, but RoboForm only works in 32-bit mode on 64-bit operating systems.

This means that RoboForm can then only work with 32-bit web browsers such as the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

So please start Internet Explorer in 32-bit mode and then you can use RoboForm normally.

We plan to migrate RoboForm to 64-bit mode. Currently we do not have an ETA.

Although RoboForm runs in Windows 7 64-bit, it only integrates with the 32-bit version of IE8.

IE8 64-bit does not recognize the RoboForm add-in.

Can you advise when RoboForm will be able to run on IE8 64-bit?

I have desktop running 64 bit IE8 and a laptop running 64 bit IE8. Roboform is loaded on both. Roboform works fine on the desktop but loads and looks the same on the laptop but won't fill logins. Both versions are 8.0.7600.16385 cipher 256 bit. What's up? Or am I wrong about the 64bit IE 8?

I have got my roboform to attach to IE9 while using 64 bit version when I downloaded delicious for IE. It also allowed my yahoo toolbar to attach.

I feel cheated, having upgraded to Roboform Pro and then finding that it would not work in Windows 7. My dilemma is that my 32bit IE does not function properly, and the 64bit version will not accommodate RoboForm.

It's been over a year since this issue was raised. Is it not time something was done about it?
