    Hello there,

Roboform for Opera adapter is on the way. For now there's a proof-of-concept build (that is VERY small functionality).
    Anyone wanna alpha-test?

The working (alpha) build will be ready by Friday, Apr, 16, and will be posted here.

Current state just shows Roboform toolbar in Opera and allows to navigate to Passcard's URL. It even does not support multiple tabs, so there's nothing to test right now.

Sorry, forgot to post the current state link.

Link for Roboform-for-Opera "proof-of-concept" Adapter (DLL build 1.0.9.1):

    http://www.roboform.us/pvt/spase/roboform-opera.zip

See README inside the archive on how to install/uninstall the Adapter.

    Implemented:
    - Roboform toolbar appears at the bottom of Opera window
    - Roboform toolbar shows matching passcard
    - Goto from passcard works

PLEASE note. This is not even an alpha. This is a proof-of-concept.

Opera was my favorite browser, until it loose out to firefox, looking at the recent browser development, opera seem to be catching up, but without roboform support it just kind of put me off.

Space, you have not idea how exited i am seeing you create a adapter for opera, keep up the great work.

Personally, i think Siber system should pay you well, if you can make roboform work on Chrome and opera.

    [Opera] DLL version 1.0.9.4

    [Opera] DLL version 1.0.9.5

    http://www.roboform.us/pvt/spase/roboform-opera.zip

No installer for now. See README inside the archive on how to
    install/uninstall the Adapter.

    Changes since last official build:
    - Refined JS code. Now Adapter shall not break formatting of the page. Also InitInstance sequence reworked to ensure that initInstance is called after Adapter completely loaded (removed stupid timers, now JS checks Adapter state directly).

I too am an Opera fan. Lack of RF support in Opera has minimized my RF use. This development is great! I look forward to full functionality.

    OK, this is super-cool.

I've stuck with Roboform after moving to Opera, because its kept my data good and safe through many, many changes of PC, hard drive and OS - so delighted to see this plugin in development. Am using this full-time, and it works OK for what it does, so far.

Spase, what kind of feedback are you looking for from testers? Obviously the lacking features are known - do you want bug reports for annoyances, or just major things like crashes (which I'm not experiencing), or no point reporting bugs at this stage?

    Hello,

I must be doing something incorrect as I do not see the roboform toolbar under Opera. I am running Opera 10.61 under Windows XP. All I get is a gray bar where I would think the toolbar would be.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I had this problem after selecting "hide toolbar" - got it back by changing the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Siber Systems\RoboForm\UpperToolbarVisibleopera.exe" to "1"

The Roboform toolbar shows up at the bottom of the Opera browser window, but it will not fill in any fields -- error message -- "RF cannot find any forms to fill out."

I use RF with Firefox and Chrome with little problem. Any tips on how to make it functional in Opera?

Works perfectly with Opera 10.70. Has anyone figured out how to get it working with Opera 11.00 alpha? I don't know where to put nprobo1.dll file because there is no proper "plugins" folder like with 10.70. I am using Roboform version 7.0.69.
Kudos to spase for the excellent work!

Roboform 7.1.2 now really unstalls Adapter into Opera "from box". I will continue upload Adapter as .zip file (probably we'll make an official location for it) for those who wants to use Roboform 6.

Official announcement that now Opera is supported platform will be added soon.

The latest Adapter fixes some form filling issues (less not-filled fields).

Documents with frames now ARE NOT supported. Its support will be introduced in 2011 and for Opera 11 *only*.
