I reported this problem to Roboform. The advised to download version 7.2.3 which fixed the problem for a few websites, but I still get the crash an awful lot. Its especially annoying when watching a video stream in full screen mode when the crash message pops up and takes you out of full screen mode.
I've given Roboform example sites where it happens, but after their initial replies I've had nothing back from them for several days - hopefully they are looking into it.
I've tried Roboform with Chrome several times since it was first available and crashing is what it has always done. That said, this latest release is by far closest to being release ready. I crash only four or five times a day. If they did any testing at all it would be pretty obvious. Freezes/crashes are hard to avoid with moderate Chrome usage. Not sure if I will continue to use it. Getting there...
I am a Siber Systems employee. Many of us in the office use Chrome 9 and now 10. The latest version 7.2.5 fixes most crashes that have been reported. Please note that RoboForm support can be contacted at http://support.roboform.com. We have 24/7 email support with response times typically less than a day. This is the best way for issues to reported and resolved.

If the upgrade was free for people who already are Pro users of your software, your answer would be applicable but, as I see it, your suggestion that we upgrade and the fact that you are charging us to do so is just a way for Roboform/Siber Systems to generate an influx of cash.
Where was it documented that future upgrades would be an expense when we bought your software?
