Just recently purchased RoboForm Pro. I really like it, but one thing seriously needs improving.
Page 7 of the manual describes Multi-Step Logins. It talks about Bank of America. I have National City bank. I'll bet it applies to quite a few others, too. My bank has an opening screen which requires entry of the user name. You hit enter, then a following screen opens which requires entry of the password.
The process as described is not very clear, and cumbersome to set up. It is also tedious to follow and easy to make a mistake when logging in.
The Roboform software needs to be improved so that the process is automatic.
