    That's excellent news, thanks for submitting it. I'm glad they found a way to develop a compatible plugin for safari/chrome (they're both based on the same webkit that's why they'll release a version that supports both in the same time). Now, will they release with this version 7 of Roboform? Might be a good way to gather some upgrades.

    Hi, glad I found this site. i just checked that reference to Roboform and it says, Chrome NOT supported and nothing else. Looks like for now RF and GC are not going to have a romance.

    They must have moved it, if you look right at the top of that page says "Browsers Currently Under Development" and that's where they mention Chrome

    Thank you for your message.
    Now that Google Chrome offers basic extension support, we are actively looking into the possibility of integration.

    Unfortunately there is currently no ETA on the integration at this time. Please continue to check the RoboForm Homepage for updates in relation to Google Chrome support.

    In fact, both RF6 and RF7 will work with Chrome. This is not RF-version-dependent, connection to Chrome is performed in Mozilla way (using Adapter).

    As for ETA's. There are already "proof-of-concept" and "alpha" builds of Roboform for Chrome. Official builds will be on Q4-2009, but they'll require unofficial builds of Chrome. Afrer Apple and Google approve patches to Chrome and WebKit, RF will work with official builds too.

    I registered on this forum using Chrome and Roboform (filled registration form from Identity), then got Email with password, typed it in Login form, then AutoSave made me a PassCard for this forum.

    Alas, I can't share this build now 'cause this is internal company's build. "Alpha" always means "Internal testing".

    As you can see in my profile, I'm a roboform employee and the one who makes Roboform work with Chrome. As soon as we make a public Beta I'll drop a message here.

    @spase - thank you for the good news, and the screenshot shows exactly what we're expecting from the rf-chrome integration. As soon as you have more information, we're here ready for beta testing

    If you want "embedded" toolbar, install Gmail-checker extension. RT will draw toolbar over it.

    For those who eventually closed Rovoform Toolbar in chromium.
    To make toolbar reappear, delete the following value in Registry:

    REGEDIT4

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Siber Systems\RoboForm]
    "LowerToolbarVisiblechrome.exe"=-

    Hi spase, I wanted to ask if you have some sort of debugger for the installer. I use the latest version of Chromium, 4.0.213.0, but when I run the RoboformforChromium exe nothing happens, I see the process showing up in the task manager but no installation wizard or anything. Is there a way to run the installer from the command line with a parameter that stores an installation log? Thanks.

    Well, RoboformForChromt is a custom build of Chrome witn Roboform support compiled into. Its version is 3.0.191.0, so if you have 4.0.213.0 installed, running this setup makes nothing. You need to uninstall other version of Chromium before installing this one.

    This is even not a beta. This is alpha. further we'll make an option to forcibly install the build (into anotjer location, maybe).

    Thanks spase, that was indeed the case, since no error was shown I hadn't any idea what happened. Works fine now.

    Chromium crashes a lot however when using the Google Analytics reports (just clicking around through them, for instance visiting Referring Sites), so I wonder if there's a combination of flash viewer/roboform adapter that's giving errors, or maybe Chromium? Can anyone test this too?

    Chromium crashes on many sites such as PayPal, The Google interface you mention along with any Yahoo Store platform interfaces.
    Tried the uninstall and reinstall advise from support and still is a no go.
    We lost a lot of work that was done on these sites befor the crash happen.

    Chromium with Roboform is Not ready yet, unless you are just doing casual browsing.

    Needs more work.

    Noone told it was Ready. Roboform for Chrome is in Alpha (not even Beta) stage. So it is intended for those who want to test it, not use it in production cycle.

    We continue to work on it, of course.

    Hmmn I have installed as directed, opened Chromium and the Roboform toolbar was at the bottom. I filled in a few forms for competitions. Closed Chromium, reopened Chromium and no toolbar at bottom Roboform is running in task tray Right click Roboform and show toolbar is greyed out. and I cant select it.

    Done this
    To make toolbar reappear, delete the following value in Registry:

    REGEDIT4
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Siber Systems\RoboForm]
    "LowerToolbarVisiblechrome.exe"=-

    There is no LowerToolbarVisiblechrome.exe in my registry

    Any Ideas???
