By visiting their download page for Google Chrome, you will actually download a small file (couple of kb) that once started it will download the full setup from Google which is about 7.4MB.
If you want to download the file directly, you can use this direct link to download Google Chrome 149.29 (latest version):
http://cache.pack.google.com/chrome/install/149.29/chrome_installer.exe
One thing I observed though is that if you modify the 149.29 part to a previous build, you can download previous versions too (also it doesn't work for future ones
). So if you would want to download Google Chrome 149.27 (previous build), this would be the correct link for the setup:
http://cache.pack.google.com/chrome/install/149.27/chrome_installer.exe
I'm not sure if they'll keep this for future builds, but it works for now. Also, seems this is served from pack.google.com, but Google Chrome is not part yet of the Google Pack - this is a sign they'll soon add it to that package. One small thing I've seen though is that the setup downloaded show a black icon instead of a setup icon:
