I have just purchased Roboform Everywhere and wanted to activate it. When I try to do this,I am getting error message: Roboform was unable to connect to your online account. Then it says "cannot connect SSL socket error.......(error 5)"

Make sure that you put the roboform domains in your list of "trusted" websites.
Make sure that your firewall or security software is not the cause.
