I've used RoboForm on my desktop PC for a couple of years. Several months ago, I bought RoboForm 2Go so I use the passwords I store on my desktop PC on my laptop. I am unable to get this %*&H$** program to work, so I contacted RoboForm Tech Support.
The one time I was able to receive a callback from a person, he was unable to solve my technical issue and kicked it upstairs to a higher level tech.
In spite of my repeated requests, I couldn't speak to a higher level tech to resolve my problem. I still can't get my RoboForm 2Go to work properly.
I'm now looking for a tech guy outside of RoboForm that can help me. Do you know of a RoboForm expert or consultant around that charges for tech support?
